Terms of Service

The service

Vizzu Pilot is a productivity extension for WhatsApp Web (quick replies, reminders, notes, privacy mode and AI-assisted writing). It is an independent product, not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the messages you send. You must not use Pilot to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that is illegal or violates WhatsApp’s terms. Pilot does not send messages automatically; every message is sent by you.

Accounts

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your e-mail. Keep access to your e-mail secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, including attempts to bypass usage limits.

Plans and billing

The Free plan is free of charge. Pro is a subscription billed monthly or yearly that renews automatically until cancelled. International orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record and handles billing, taxes and invoices. Orders in Brazil are billed in BRL through Asaas. You can cancel at any time from your account page; Pro remains active until the end of the paid period.

AI usage limits per plan are shown on the pricing page. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; the change applies from your next renewal.

AI output

AI suggestions may be inaccurate. Review every message before sending it. You are responsible for the content you send.

Availability

WhatsApp Web may change at any time and temporarily break features. We work to fix issues quickly but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
