Who we are

Vizzu Pilot ("Pilot", "we") is a browser extension and website operated by VizzuApp, Brazil. This policy explains what data the extension and pilot.vizzuapp.com.br process and why.

Data that stays in your browser

Your quick replies, reminders, contact notes, business profile and settings are stored locally in your browser (chrome.storage). We do not receive them unless you are on the Pro plan and the cloud backup is on, in which case only your quick replies and business profile are backed up to your account.

The extension reads the conversation that is open on WhatsApp Web only to provide the features you use (for example, inserting a quick reply or showing the contact name in a reminder). It never sends messages by itself.

Data processed when you use AI features

When you click an AI action (suggest replies, rewrite, translate, summarize, transcribe), the extension sends to our server only the text or audio needed for that action — for example, the last messages of the open chat. This content is processed in real time by our AI provider (Groq, Inc.) and is not stored by us. We keep only a counter of how many AI actions you used, the action type and its duration, without content.

Do not use AI actions on conversations containing data you are not allowed to share with a service provider.

Account data

To use AI features or Pro you sign in with your e-mail and a one-time code. We store your e-mail, language, plan, subscription status and usage counters. Payments are handled by Paddle.com (international, acting as merchant of record) or Asaas (Brazil); we do not receive or store card data. For Brazilian payments, your name and CPF/CNPJ are sent to Asaas to issue the invoice and are not stored by us.

Anonymous usage statistics

The extension generates a random installation ID and sends it once a day with the extension version and browser language, so we can count active installations. It also sends, at most once a day, an anonymous technical report saying which parts of the WhatsApp Web page it recognized (yes/no and counts — never names, numbers or message content), so we can fix the extension quickly when WhatsApp changes. None of this contains personal data. When you uninstall, a feedback page may open with this ID.

Service providers

Oracle Cloud (hosting), Groq (AI processing), Paddle and Asaas (payments), Google (e-mail delivery of login codes). They process data only to provide their service to us.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use

The use of information received from Google APIs and the extension will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell user data, do not use it for advertising and do not use it to determine creditworthiness.

Retention and your rights

Account data is kept while your account exists. You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data at any time through the contact page; we answer within 15 days. Users in the EU/UK (GDPR) and Brazil (LGPD) have these rights by law.

Children

Pilot is not intended for children under 16.
